WP 7: Management

The objectives of this WP are the following:

• To ensure an appropriate management and coordination of the project and its activities, including the administrative and legal issues.
• To ensure the proper communication and collaboration between all project partners.
• To manage and monitor the project progress in terms of time and resource constraints.

AZTI as Project Coordinator will lead this Work Package. Scientific coordination is not considered management activity and thus scientific coordination of the project will be reimbursed according to the reimbursement rate for RTD activities. To this respect, costs for scientific coordination meetings have been associated to RTD activities.
