WP 6: Dissemination

This Work Package is closely related to specific part of the project in which its impact will be considered. Both parts of the project are complementary. The main point in this WP is related to specific actions closely related with the rest of the Work Packages; by contrast the aim of the impact part is related to the specific audiences to which these actionsare oriented.

The overall objective of this Work Package is to disseminate the results and outcomes developed under the project to ensure the appropriate level of dissemination so that the impact of the SENSE Project is maximised.

The specific objectives are the following:

  1. Internal and external dissemination through project website.
  2. To raise awareness of the SENSE Project in the scientific community and interested stakeholders.
  3. To communicate the vision and goals of SENSE and to ensure that the results are shared with target groups from the outset of the project and throughout its lifetime.
    • Dissemination to European key stakeholders and actors along the food supply chain through different channels (networks, committees, platforms, etc.) and to relevant communication media specialised in the food sector.
    • Dissemination to regional and national administrations which implement new policies, programmes and plans.
    • Dissemination to social stakeholders working in food chains such as Development organisations, NGOs, associations, foundations, social networks, etc.
  4. To facilitate the transfer of the SENSE outcomes and best practices to stakeholders of food & drink chain and to make all advice and communications policy relevant.
  5. To define how to facilitate exchanges with external groups and experts in the project field.

This project has received funding from the European Union's Seventh Programme for research, technological development and demonstration under grant agreement No 288974.
